Bonpoint offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original packaging with tags attached. We strive to make the return process for our luxury collections as seamless and elegant as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Bonpoint box, ensuring all security tags are intact and the original invoice is included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
